ACCESS TO EDUCATION or ATE for short, is the Governor’s Biennium Thrust for 2022-2024 of Region Governor Gigie Penalosa.

ATE is now an Identifying Project of the SIA Philippines Region, as approved by

the SIAPR Region Board under Board Resolution No. 001-2023, and duly ratified

at its 29th Mid-Biennial Conference on May 13, 2023.

 

ATE will provide educational opportunities for academic, technical or vocational courses through scholarship grants, assistance for miscellaneous expenses or educational boosters.
