Soroptimist International of Commonwealth

Chartered in July 2018, Soroptimist International of Commonwealth is the youngest among Metro Manila Northeast District clubs. Its mother club, Soroptimist International of Nova-Central, established the club under President Regielyn Supangan, who encouraged Vilma Cuico to become the Charter President. The induction ceremony took place at the SEDA Hotel in Quezon City, with District Director Ma. Lourdes Capati Ocampo of MMNED overseeing the installation of officers, including Regielyn Supangan, Claire Raymundo, Cynthia De Leon, Beth Pimentel, and Elena Yango. Later that year, the club held a joint induction ceremony with SI Marikina Metro at Ayala Hillside Country Club in QC, where Charter Members Marivic Laguatan and Jasmine Cuico were inducted along with Charter Officers. At present, Ms. Zorraida “Zarrah” Villate as the current president made sure that the legacy will continue.
