Soroptimist International of Nova Central

Soroptimist International of Nova Central was chartered as a club in the year 2000 by District Director Bing Grande of SI Eastwood  District. It has been fifteen (15) years since the club was chartered, The  first Charter President was  Ms. Ma. Lourdes de Lara Vda. Capati now Mrs. Ma. Lourdes de Lara Ocampo.  Ms. De Lara then,  was installed concurrently as SIPR Region Secretary in the year 2001 and it was also then that Ms. de Lara marked a milestone for SI Nova Central when she became among the founding chairpersons of  the Sampaguita Society Foundation of SIPR. A gala Fashion Show with Dinner for Women of Distinction was among the best fundraising event of the SIPR. The Charter President also gathered various awards and honors for the club during her term as Charter President.
